Terms of Use
Effective date: May 24, 2026.
By using hammerstrengthelectric.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms apply to use of the website. Separate written agreements govern individual service engagements.
Website use
This website is an informational and contact surface for Hammer Strength Electric Inc. You may use it to learn about our services, view completed project examples, and contact us about potential work. You may not use this site to interfere with its operation, security, or availability, or to submit false, misleading, or abusive information.
Service inquiries and estimates
Submitting the contact form on this site initiates a service inquiry. Receiving a response, a free estimate, or a verbal quote does not create a binding service agreement. Any commitment by Hammer Strength Electric Inc. to perform work becomes binding only when both parties have agreed in writing to a specific scope, timeline, and price. Work begins only after that written agreement is in place.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if conditions not visible during the initial assessment are discovered once work begins. Hammer Strength Electric will communicate any scope changes before proceeding.
Residential electrical scope
Hammer Strength Electric Inc. performs residential and commercial electrical work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable Georgia state and local codes. Residential services include but are not limited to panel upgrades, wiring and rewiring, outlet and switch installation, lighting, EV charger installation, and troubleshooting and repair.
All residential electrical work requiring a permit will be permitted through the appropriate local jurisdiction. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for disclosing any known hazardous conditions prior to work beginning.
Licensing and compliance
Hammer Strength Electric Inc. is a licensed electrical contractor in the State of Georgia. All field work is performed by or under the direct supervision of licensed electricians. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job.
Electrical work will be completed to meet or exceed applicable NEC requirements, Georgia state electrical code, and any local amendments enforced by the relevant municipality or county. We coordinate permit applications and inspections as required for the permitted scope of work.
